will I be able to choose the photos i receive in my final gallery?

WILL I BE ABLE TO CHOOSE THE PHOTOS I RECEIVE IN MY FINAL GALLERY? 

Once the session is finished, the photographer will choose the best photos and edit them. From that final edited selection you will be able to choose the images you love the most. No RAW file images will be given or sold.

can i purchase additional images? 

CAN I PURCHASE ADDITIONAL IMAGES? 

Once you receive the gallery with the photos the photographer has selected and edited, you can either choose the amount inside the package you originally chose, or buy additional images or buy the full gallery the photographer has edited for you. We do not however offer to sell any RAW format images nor all the images captured during the session. 

How long will it take to receive the photos?

You will receive the photos within 7 days from the photo session. 

what is the maximum number of people per session allowed? 

WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE PER SESSION ALLOWED? 

If plans changes and more people than the original booking show up at the session, each additional person above the package limit will be charged $60, but package length and photo quantity will remain the same as when originally booked.  

What happens if i need to reschedule or cancel?

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session please email us as soon as you know.
More than 15 days before session: 90% refund
Less than 15 days before session: 50% refund
Within 7 days before session: No refund

What happens if we get bad weather during the session? 

WHAT HAPPENS IF WE GET BAD WEATHER DURING THE SESSION? 

Weather can be unpredictable sometimes! We usually only pay attention to it the night before the session. If the rain looks light, we can usually wait under a tree for a few minutes when the rain comes, but keep doing the session. (This is a great way to get epic rainbow shots!) Or if it looks really bad we will reschedule. If there is no way to reschedule before you go home, we will only be able to refund half of your payment fee.

do you photoshop? 

DO YOU PHOTOSHOP? 

When editing the photos our photographers focus mainly on color correction and composition. Photographers will not use photoshop to make subjects appear thinner or extensively edit blemishes, scars or other "imperfections."
If you are hoping for the look you get with filters on social media, we won’t be able to match that level of editing, and we recommend you book a studio session instead with a photographer who you will photoshop extensively.
