We've compiled the most common questions we receive to help you plan your session with complete confidence. If you don't see your question here, our friendly support team is always happy to help.
Our booking process is simple and straightforward. Head to our destinations page, choose your location, and select a photo package that fits your needs. Browse our local photographers' portfolios, request your preferred date, and we'll handle the rest. You'll receive a confirmation and be connected with your photographer to start planning.
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially during peak travel seasons like summer and the holidays, to ensure photographer availability. That said, we can sometimes accommodate last-minute requests, so don't hesitate to reach out even if your trip is coming up soon.

In general, we recommend coordinating colors rather than matching perfectly, and choosing comfortable outfits that reflect your personal style and the destination's environment. Avoid busy patterns and large logos, and opt for timeless pieces that will look great for years to come.

You will receive the full edited gallery within 5-7 business days. Once you receive the gallery with the photos the photographer has selected and edited, you can either choose the amount inside the package you originally chose, or buy additional images or buy the full gallery the photographer has edited for you. We do not however offer to sell any RAW format images nor all the images captured during the session.
Absolutely! We encourage you to share your vision and any locations you have in mind. Our local photographers are also experts in their cities and can provide fantastic suggestions based on the vibe you're going for, the time of day, and how busy a spot typically is.
60 minute session: 10 people max
90 minute session: 15 people max
2 hour session: 20 people max
If plans change and more people than the original booking show up at the session, each additional person above the package limit will be charged $60, but package length and photo quantity will remain the same as when originally booked.
Yes! We specialize in a variety of sessions, including family photoshoots, couple sessions, engagement sessions, and surprise proposal shoots. We offer a range of photo experiences designed to help you capture meaningful memories during your trip.
When editing the photos our photographers focus mainly on color correction and composition. Photographers will not use photoshop to make subjects appear thinner or extensively edit blemishes, scars or other "imperfections."
If you are hoping for the look you get with filters on social media, we won’t be able to match that level of editing, and we recommend you book a studio session instead with a photographer who will photoshop extensively.
