For calm, turquoise water and soft white sand, Lanikai Beach in Kailua is arguably the best. For iconic views with Diamond Head, Waikiki at sunrise is unbeatable. For dramatic sunsets and a more rugged feel, the beaches on the North Shore are fantastic.
Oahu is beautiful year-round! The shoulder seasons (April-May and September-October) often offer the best combination of pleasant weather, fewer crowds, and lower prices. The winter months (November-February) bring big waves to the North Shore, which can be a spectacular backdrop.
We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance, especially if you are traveling during a peak season (summer or holidays). Our photographers’ schedules fill up quickly, and booking early ensures you get your preferred date and time.
We recommend light, comfortable clothing in solid, neutral, or complementary colors. Avoid busy patterns, large logos, and neon colors. For beach sessions, light fabrics that move in the breeze (like linen or cotton dresses) look beautiful. We provide a full style guide upon booking.
Oahu being an island, a passing shower is always possible. We constantly monitor the weather ahead of your session. If persistent, heavy rain is forecasted, we will connect with you to find the best solution, which may include rescheduling or moving to a different location on the island with a better forecast.
You will receive the full edited gallery within 5-7 business days. Once you receive the gallery with the photos the photographer has selected and edited, you can either choose the amount inside the package you originally chose, or buy additional images or buy the full gallery the photographer has edited for you. We do not however offer to sell any RAW format images nor all the images captured during the session.

90 minute session: 15 people max
2 hour session: 20 people max
If plans change and more people than the original booking show up at the session, each additional person above the package limit will be charged $60, but package length and photo quantity will remain the same as when originally booked.
