Five years ago, I traded the East Coast hustle for Hawaiian island vibes—and I've never looked back. What started as a one-year adventure has turned into my permanent love affair with this place and storytelling through photography.
I'm drawn to candid, unposed moments—belly laughs during beach days, quiet glances at sunset, kids discovering tide pools. My approach is all about making sessions feel effortless and fun rather than stiff or formal.
Living here has taught me to embrace the unexpected. Rain shower during your session? Let's dance in it—after all, you can't get rainbows without a little rain. I've learned that some of the most magical photos happen when we go with the island's rhythm.
My goal is simple: create images that make you smile every time you see them, capturing not just how you looked, but how you felt in those precious moments together in paradise.

*Your photography package covers the photographer's time and edited photos, but requires a separate travel fee paid in cash  directly to the photographer at the start of your session for location costs like parking, entrance fees, and permits. Nine years ago, I traded my mainland life for island time, and it was the best decision I ever made. Armed with my camera and an adventurous appetite, I've spent nearly a decade exploring every corner of Oahu—mastering the art of finding the island's best shots, both behind the lens and at the local grindz spots.

My photography sessions are as much about adventure as they are about capturing beautiful images. I'm the guy who knows exactly where to grab the best malasadas after your sunrise shoot at Lanikai, or which food truck serves the perfect post-session poke bowl. Between capturing your perfect moments, I'm constantly on the hunt for hidden gem eateries, hole-in-the-wall BBQ joints, and that legendary shrimp truck everyone's been talking about.

Living here for almost a decade means I've earned my insider knowledge of secret beaches AND secret menus. Need the best garlic shrimp on the North Shore afterward? I've got you covered. My sessions often turn into mini food tours because, let's be honest, great photography and great food both feed the soul.

Whether we're chasing golden hour light or chasing down the island's most epic spam musubi, I bring that same passion and local knowledge to every shoot.
