How do I book a vacation photographer?

Our booking process is simple and straightforward. Head to our destinations page, choose your location, and select a photo package that fits your needs. Browse our local photographers' portfolios, request your preferred date, and we'll handle the rest. You'll receive a confirmation and be connected with your photographer to start planning.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially during peak travel seasons like summer and the holidays, to ensure photographer availability. That said, we can sometimes accommodate last-minute requests, so don't hesitate to reach out even if your trip is coming up soon.

What should we wear for our photoshoot?

In general, we recommend coordinating colors rather than matching perfectly, and choosing comfortable outfits that reflect your personal style and the destination's environment. Avoid busy patterns and large logos, and opt for timeless pieces that will look great for years to come.

What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel?

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please email us as soon as you know. More than 15 days before session: 90% refund. Less than 15 days before session: 50% refund. Within 7 days before session: No refund.

Question 5

How long until we receive the edited photos?

Accepted Answer

You will receive the full edited gallery within 5-7 business days. Once you receive the gallery, you can choose the amount of images included in your package, or purchase additional images or the full gallery. We do not offer RAW format images or all images captured during the session.

Can we choose the location?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! We encourage you to share your vision and any locations you have in mind. Our local photographers are also experts in their cities and can provide fantastic suggestions based on the vibe you're going for, the time of day, and how busy a spot typically is.

Question 7

What is the maximum number of people per session allowed?

Accepted Answer

The maximum number of people allowed per session depends on the package length: 60 minute session: 10 people max. 90 minute session: 15 people max. 2 hour session: 20 people max. If more people than originally booked show up, each additional person above the package limit will be charged $60, but package length and photo quantity will remain the same.

Do you offer family and engagement photos?

Yes! We specialize in a variety of sessions, including family photoshoots, couple sessions, engagement sessions, and surprise proposal shoots. We offer a range of photo experiences designed to help you capture meaningful memories during your trip.

Question 9

Do you photoshop?

Accepted Answer

When editing the photos, our photographers focus mainly on color correction and composition. Photographers will not use Photoshop to make subjects appear thinner or extensively edit blemishes, scars, or other imperfections. If you are hoping for the look you get with filters on social media, we recommend you book a studio session instead with a photographer who will edit extensively.
