Fukuoka, Japan photographer

Aden in fukuoka, Japan

I was born and raised in Fukuoka, a city I truly love. Becoming a photographer here started from one simple dream: I wanted visitors from around the world to discover the beauty and spirit of Fukuoka through my eyes. There are two things I care about most in every session. First, making sure you enjoy Fukuoka to the fullest. This city is a rare blend of vibrant urban life, rich traditions, and breathtaking nature. As a local photographer, I guide you through hidden gems and authentic spots that you would never find in a guidebook, creating unforgettable memories along the way. Second, helping you feel completely natural in front of the camera. I used to dislike being photographed myself—I never knew how to pose, and my smile felt awkward. Because of that, I understand how my clients feel, especially if it’s their very first shoot. Nine out of ten of my clients are beginners, and I love bringing out their most genuine smiles and emotions. With me, your photoshoot is more than pictures—it’s a travel experience you’ll cherish forever.

Fukuoka offers a wide range of beautiful locations, each with its own unique charm. For nature, I recommend Ohori Park, a peaceful spot near the city center surrounded by water and greenery—perfect for couples or families who want a relaxed atmosphere. For those who want to enjoy even more nature and seasonal flowers, Uminonakamichi Seaside Park is another favorite. And during cherry blossom season (late March to mid-April), Maizuru Park becomes magical, with thousands of sakura trees in full bloom. For traditional scenery, explore Nakasu, where vibrant nightlife and deep-rooted traditions meet, or visit Dazaifu, famous for its historic shrine and cultural atmosphere. Both offer a unique glimpse into the spirit of Japan. For something truly romantic, Futamigaura’s white torii gate standing in the sea is unforgettable, especially at sunset—a perfect spot for proposals and couple shoots. I usually recommend shooting around 10 a.m., when the soft morning light enhances natural colors and creates a calm, airy atmosphere for timeless photos.
